My Story
Property
experience,
built over time.
I have called Redmond home since 1998. My perspective comes from owning, managing, improving, and building property—and from a career where details and follow-through mattered.

Eastside roots
Living in Redmond for more than two decades has given me a firsthand understanding of the Eastside, including its homes, land, neighborhoods, growth, and changing communities.
I don't believe lived experience replaces current market information. It helps you ask better questions and understand what that information means. My approach combines local context with careful research, practical judgment, and straightforward communication.

A practical
understanding
of property.
Building my own home gave me direct experience with site planning, permitting, wells and septic systems, framing, finishing, and the many decisions that shape a residential property.
That experience helps me look beyond finishes and presentation. I pay attention to how a property was built, how it has been maintained, and which questions deserve closer evaluation by an inspector, contractor, or other qualified specialist.
I also have practical familiarity with acreage and equestrian properties. Wells, pastures, access, drainage, outbuildings, fencing, and land use considerations are not abstract features. They directly affect how a property functions every day.
Experience beyond
real estate
Before entering Washington real estate, I spent 25 years leading international seafood import and distribution operations.
That work involved global sourcing, regulatory compliance, logistics, negotiation, and the coordination of complex transactions across companies, countries, and time zones. Every detail mattered. Deadlines were real, documentation had to be accurate, and successful outcomes depended on clear communication and consistent follow-through.
